Historic Central Spain

Nine day tour of historic Central Spain: departs on Wednesday 14th October and returns on Thursday 22nd October 2026.

Discover the authentic cultural heartland of Spain on a nine-day tour of historic Central Spain.  The tour includes the captivating cities of Toledo, Salamanca, Avila and of course Spain’s grand capital Madrid.

This 3-centred tour is based in the medieval walled city of Avila (4 nights), the ancient University city of Salamanca (2 nights) and the prosperous city of Toledo (2 nights). From Avila we will visit Madrid’s fine Art museums and have a guided tour of Madrid including the magnificent Royal Palace. There will also be plenty of opportunities to sample the delicious regional cuisine along the way.

The cost per person will be £2344 (Deposit per person £300, £426 Single room supplement).
